aka as a type of Iowa has lost over 200 pounds and has earned her back to life. I can not say enough about how positively the Atkins diet and the carburetor was generally low for me. I went from one type of 429 pounds that could barely do it on the flight to the current half-marathons and reunite type of national protection. My health is fantastic and my work soul (cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, heart) could not be better.

    3. Want het is gewoon het eten van onbewerkte voedingsmiddelen – het is de verwerkte junk dat ergens op dieet duur. Atkins stimuleert het eten van voedsel zonder veel verwerken en zo dicht mogelijk bij zijn natuurlijke staat mogelijk te maken.

Ik begon dit dieet op 1 september, 2008 en ik ben al 36 kilo kwijt, ik heb type 2 diabetes, ik heb al mijn koolhydraten in de gaten, zodat dit dieet is het beste voor mij, ik ging naar de dokter en heeft een geweldig verslag dat ik niet op een geneesmiddel inneemt of insuline op dit moment en mijn cholestrol is excellent! het Atkins-dieet echt gaat werken als je de wilskracht om het te doen en houd u aan het!
