You have very good advice! Anybody trying to lose weight should follow your advice by eating HEALTHY. Not eating right will just damage your body…not only your stomach but other organs including your heart! I wish people would realize that being skinny does NOT mean that you are healthy. Anorexia is a disease – Linda, if you haven’t made any films on that yet, perhaps you should. Too many people are starving themselves and some even die just to be skinny. I think you can make a difference

@rob92376 : Most Asians eat white rice & they are slim because steam rice contains 0 g. fat & it’s big in volume (70% of which are water), thus it’s filling & it prevents us from overeating. That’s why they rarely offer dessert in Asian restaurants.
