Alcohol’s not good for you end of story.
….I gues I can make a sequal:
woman says it as if its not a big problem.
oh yea. and drink as much water as u can through out the day.
cut out cereal. cut out carbs. no bread pasta etc. eat fruit for breakfast add some cottage cheese wit it if u like tht. eat a gud healthy lunch. salad maybe. than eat a small dinner like sum more fruit or eat some vegetables.
breakfast: small meal
lunch: filling healthy meal.
dinner: small meal.
eat small portions of meats n fish.
excercise at least 3x a week for faster results.
i need a diet plan for 12 years old i have to lose weight i am getting really fat i hate it i look like a pregnant 12 year old ROFL!
i need diet plan for 11 year olds
If you are a trainer, I’d like to ask you how I can solve a problem I have had for many years and I still cannot get rid of it. I’m fit, very athletic and eat well. But every day at night or late evening I need to eat something, I woke up for it, need of sugar, something sweet. I’ve managed for some time not to do it…I work a lot mentally and do training regularly..blood values are perfect.
@PeaceLuva882
Hello, I suggest you to go to a nutritionist if you haven’t done it yet.
I would suggest you to eat different things every day. It’s important to vary your meals as it is also important the quality of food and the portions (not too much). Don’t forget fruit and vegetables.Drink green tea, lots of water and vary on your exercise. Important: talk with experts who can help you to fix a personalized program.
Good luck and don’t worry. Your determination is already success!
Another tip: Count your calories. This way you don’t have to eat the same thing every day, but by knowing how many calories you should consume, you can allow yourself to eat other foods as long as they fit into that count. (While losing weight, aim for no more than 1500 calories per day and no less than 1200). And don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a life style change. A right mind set is just as important as eating right.
If you actually eat just that and exercise as much as you say, you will start to lose weight, if you’re not already. Another important thing to consider is portion size. You might be eating the right foods, but you also might be eating too much of it. While I was losing weight myself, I noticed that I didn’t have a good enough lunch, so when it was time for dinner, I ate too much. Really look into portion sizes.

I had the same situation until 16 years old-
tip 6-always leave the table with a SLIGHT feel of hunger
tip 7-dont eat after 6:30
try it! should work in a month!
You must do sport that you lost weight…:)..
a lot of Sport!!!
please help me.
I am a fat (not obese) teenager. I would really like some feed back on my diet/exercise.
breakfast: cereal with fat free milk
lunch: yogurt with granola (idk if it is fat free. there is only 1 yogurt option at my school)
dinner: i eat a normal dinner. ususally grilled chicken with a vegetable or shrimp or salmon.
exercise: i exercise for 1 hour 5 times a week (sometimes more)
please help me because im not loosing weight. also, please no mean responses. im only looking for help
In Australia #3 should be 2 fruits and 5 vegetables.
I would check the CDC or WebMD website or Google “healthy diet” to find out.

to: Caine260 i wuz just wondering wut u mean fruits are your “worst enemies” i mean, i understand sugar would be bad but fruit?
Thankyou Caine260 for explaining the real reason why america is gaining weight. Saturated fat does not affect weight gain. It actually slows it down, if one consumes a large quantity of carbs.
haha true
i love your tips!!! thank u so much
Hahaha. LOL!
one drink for a women and two for a men is my recommendation.
Alchohol is not good for your health period. You need to do more study before you post vidoes about big things like health.
(this advice is for weight loosing purposes)
OMG dudes, and girls. I am a trainer.
First: Alcohol DOES NOT make u gain weight.
Second: Fruits and sugars are ur worse enemies.
Third: Callories are overrated worry about ur carb, sugar and sodium intake.
Fourth: Speed up your metabolism. (you achieve it by eating 6 times a day every 2.5 -3 hours.
Fifth: Exercise in the mornings 45 minutes on a treadmill, inclined, before breakfast. (you burn 800% more if u do it b4 breakfast)
Great as a quick 5 tip guide.not meant as a be all end all to weight loss, but great tips. Diet is so important to weight loss.
that was the 2nd thing she said…”dont drink you calories, your best bet is water and milk”
Tell me what you're thinking...
