I just want to hear everyones opinions oh why intakeing more protein is better for you when exercising. i currently take 46g of protein 3 times daily, and drink 1-2 EAS myoplex drinks (20g apiece)inbetween. so thats about 178g of protein a day, and add in about 50-90g for my foods… so currently im intaking about 228-268g per day.
